At NAILCISSIST, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail lacquers and tools cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at hello@nailcissist.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RA number inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
